How big is Filinvest New Clark City and where is it located?
Filinvest New Clark City has a total area 288 hectares. It is part of the 9,450-hectare New Clark City development located in Capas, Tarlac. It is positioned strategically beside the New Government Administrative Center.

How do I access Filinvest New Clark City?
The development can be access through NLEx-SCTEx (Dolores Exit), then continue on MacArthur Highway. From Alabang, it is estimated to take 2 hours and 50 minutes, while 2 hours and 10 minutes from Manila.

How big is the land allocated for the industrial use?
100 hectares of Filinvest New Clark City is allocated for industrial use, with 50 hectares available during phase 1 of the development.

What are the permitted uses?
The following are permitted uses of the industrial zone, subject to review and approval of the lessor:
- Light manufacturing
- Logistics, storage and warehousing
- Cold storage; and
- Food processing.

What are the sizes and features?
The industrial zone shall have an average size of one hectare, with 20-meter right of way. Two or more lots may be combined, subject to approval of the lessor.
It shall be PEZA-accredited.

When will it be operational?
Phase 1 is targeted to be completed by Q4 of 2019.

What are the general terms and conditions of the sub-lease?
Short term leases are allowed at a minimum of one (1) year. Leasehold options at twenty-five (25) years, renewable for another twenty-five (25) years, are also available. Terms and conditions apply as determined by the lessor.

Who will provide power?
The Joint Venture company of BCDA and the MERALCO-led consortium will eventually provide power distribution in the development.
BCDA issued the Notice of Award last January 18, 2019 to the consortium, which includes Marubeni Corp., Kansai Electric Power Co., Inc., and Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc., who submitted a tariff bid of P0.6188 per kilowatt-hour.

Who will provide water?
The Joint Venture company of BCDA and Prime Water Infrastructure Corporation-led consortium will eventually provide water distribution in the development.
The consortium of PrimeWater, Prime Assets Venture, Inc., MGS Construction, Inc., and Israel-based TAHAL Group submitted the lowest bid of PhP9.45 per cubic meter.

In 2016, Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) and the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) signed a Joint Venture Agreement to develop the 288-hectare property within New Clark City.
